Includes Gaff head, rope, 170cm pole
This comprehensive range covers everything from 30 centimeter 'release' gaffs complete with safety lanyard, right up to whopper-stopper marlin gaffs suitable for use in Cairns and elsewhere. The poles are black anodised, thereby resisting the ravages of corrosion when used in a saltwater environment. The hypalon grips ensure greater security when gaffing big, frisky fish. The fixed gaffs are available in a range of sizes and are capable of handling everything from barramundi and big jewfish, right through to 100 kilo yellowfin tuna. All have nice wide gapes and strong stainless steel hooks. The heavy duty flying gaff heads are super sharp, available with or without barbs and are double reinforced to prevent straightening on active marlin or sharks. The heads on the fliers release cleanly every time, thanks to their non-stick design. There's a 30 centimetre and 180 centimetre tag pole, while the big 3.6 metre three-in-one tag pole kit is a beauty, breaking down to two easily manageable lengths. There is a reversible tag head suitable for nylon dart tags, metal shark tags and/or Billfish Foundation tags depending what combination you require. Finally, the hoop shaped nets are nice and deep, have heavy duty black mesh and can fit a big barra, red or jew with ease.
